Kathryn graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, and went on to earn her Master’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1987. She became a licensed realtor in 1988 and joined the Gushue Team the following year. In 1998, she obtained her broker’s license and now serves as the operating broker, managing the firm’s administrative functions, including bookkeeping.

Beyond her professional role, Kathryn is a dedicated mother of seven and enjoys reading, running, and spending time with her grandchildren.
