Raised in a real estate family, Daniel graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2007 and began his career as a professional recruiter, where he honed his skills in sales and client service. In 2008, he became a licensed real estate agent and joined the family business, quickly earning a reputation for his strong work ethic and professionalism. His ability to build lasting relationships with buyers and investors has been a cornerstone of his success.

Since then, Daniel has played a key role in expanding Gushue Real Estate, growing sales through the trust, loyalty, and respect of his clients. In 2010, he obtained his broker’s license, further solidifying his commitment to excellence in the industry.

Outside of the office, Daniel enjoys spending time with his wife, Erica, and their three children.
