We listed our home with Gushue Real Estate even though we were not familiar with their office; however, it was one of the best choices we could have made.  Janet and Daniel went to work immediately and through their efforts our home sold quickly and the escrow closed without extra stress on our family.  Any problems that arose during the sale and closing were explained to us to keep us in the loop but handled professionally and expertly by Janet and Dan. All of our questions and concerns were answered with expertise and their knowledge of the various areas and home types was impressive. Our phone calls were answered or returned in a timely manner and you were always able to speak with someone who had knowledge of our specific sale.  We are still looking for our new home (yes, Gushue sold it that quickly) and we are confident that through Daniel and Janet we will we find exactly what we are looking for, even in this scarce market.  Now, I am looking forward to sharing my purchase experience with Janet, Dan and David Gushue.
